Combination of Hot Stone Therapy with Swedish Technique and Therapeutic Touch will be utilized with light to medium pressure to bring the most relaxing treatment you've yet experienced! A very relaxing style of bodywork. Combining hot stones with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help relax and loosen up your body, this treatment allows therapist to focus on problem areas as needed using smooth strokes to allow fascia to relax. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and improve blood circulation.
